This product came as described and also came with great customer service. This compact device is durable and easy to use. I am a lawn business owner with several vehicles providing lawn service. The magnetic clip holds the unit securely to any flat area of steel without any concern or possibility of the unit falling off. The ease of switching the device from vehicle to vehicle with no wires is very simple. Easily create a screen name and set up your device at [...] Within minutes I was tracking my device. It is a great advantage to know where my lawn vehicles are at any given time. I noticed other devices were paid by a monthly fee. Insight Tracking Technologies LLC offers a yearly fee and comes with the first year included. This is more convienent than another monthly bill in the mail. I highly recommend this device.
